Overview
NeighborWorks Montana is all about creating housing opportunities across Montana. They strengthen their communities by providing education and financing that allows every Montanan to live in a home where they can thrive.
In 2021 NeighborWorks Montana received a grant and partnered with Trust Montana to create and disseminate educational materials on shared equity housing with their partner network - real estate appraisers, developers, lenders, lawyers, etc.
As subject matter experts, they internally had all the tools and knowledge to put together the most comprehensive pieces of training and knowledge products. However, the content sounded pretty technical, full of legalese, and overall, not very easy to understand for a less “technically-skilled” audience.
